Happy 2012, to you all!!!! Trusting you all had a blessed and peaceful Christmas and New Year. Once again, Pat and I thank you all for your generosity to us both and appreciate the outpouring of your kindness toward us this past Christmas. We were greatly blessed!!!
Finals Schedule: Finals schedules for 9-12th grade students will be sent/emailed home this week. These finals will affect the dismissal times of your students. Please pay special attention to those test times and release times.
**New FBA Website – check it out**: Thanks to Mr. Jason Rahm, we have a beautiful new website for our school. Things do look a bit different and it will take you some time to familiarize yourself with the new look, but it is amazing and ready to be utilized. You will have to login to access some information, call the office for details.
When logged in you will be able to view the specifics of calendar information that others just perusing the website will not see….just one small level of protection for our kids. We are still working on parts of it so please be patient as we finish. We welcome your feedback and please pass on your thanks to Mr. Rahm for endless hours of work…we are so grateful for such a fantastic website!
Next Year’s Enrollment – In the next few weeks, a letter will be coming in the mail to you concerning next year’s enrollment. Please look it over and contact me if you have any questions. If you know that you are not returning next year, please notify the office as well. We are beginning the process of enrollment for the 2012-13 school year soon.
Box Tops Contest: We have a request from Granny to you all. She needs things to work on right now to help keep her hands busy and one of the things she can do (and see) is cut box tops…..please send them in so “she can keep busy and ‘feel’ productive.” She said to tell you all thanks for the help J The contest ends on February 15. Schnuck’s will be having a box top special soon so be sure to check the store when you shop.
School Cancellation Due to Weather - Remember that when O’Fallon School District 90 is closed due to bad weather then we will also be closed. In cases where District 90 is closed for anything other than weather, please call the FBA office to confirm. School closings will be listed on KSDK, Channel 5, KMOV Channel 4 and KTVI Channel 2. If you have signed up for our emergency text you may receive school closing by text message. Please make sure you update correct contact information with your child’s teacher and our office.
Reminder: No School on Monday, January 16 – Martin Luther King’s Birthday
