Peter Pan Lunch Special – Order Forms are due back to the office on Monday, February 6th for the Thursday, February 16th Peter Pan fundraiser. The cast of Peter Pan will be selling lunches to help with the production cost. The cost for lunch will be $4.00 per student. (Order form on bottom of newsletter)
Next Year’s Enrollment – We are currently enrolling for the 2012-13 school year for students currently enrolled and their siblings now through February 10th. Open enrollment begins on February 13th. Please, if you know you are not returning to FBA next year notify the office as well. Thanks to you all for your help in this matter.
FBA Basketball Players vs. Coaches Game - Do they have what it takes?!? Come support your high school basketball players as they square off against the coaches. Bring a friend and come ready for an entertaining game!! Friday, FEB 10th @ 5:00 in the gym. Tickets are $2 at the door and all proceeds go to support the FBA athletic program. Concession will be available.
Spirit Week is Coming!!!! - The student’s favorite week of school is just around the corner! February 13-16th is Spirit Week. Culminating our week, we have the opportunity to participate in a family night at Fun Spot in Belleville, on Thursday, February 16th from 6-8 p.m. Admission: $1 admission plus skate rental. Look for complete news posted on the website under Spirit Week in the “news” category.
First Baptist Academy’s 6th Annual Dinner & Auction - Friday, April 13, 2012: Take Me Out to the Ball Game is coming soon. Mark your calendars and get your sitters lined up now for that Friday evening. Yes, for the first time ever, FBA’s auction will be on a FRIDAY night!! Watch for EXCITING details soon on this 2012 event! “Whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.” (1 Corinthians 10:31) If you have questions or would like to help, please contact Cathy Donnel, cdonnel1@charter.net.
SCRIP Program: Our next Scrip order is due in the office by noon on February 7, 2012. Orders are due to the office by noon on that day.
Box Tops Contest: Don’t forget our box tops contest!!! The contest will end on February 15th but keep those box tops coming all year round.
FBA Yearbook - If you have any pictures of your student’s classroom, field trips, chapel, or any special activities that you would like to see considered for the yearbook, email your pictures to Rick Sharpe, rssharpeiii@yahoo.com. You are welcome to send them to the office on a disc and we will send them to Rick. Disc may not be returned unless you request it be returned.
April 26 & 27 – Mark your calendars- Peter Pan is coming! Our students are hard at work and we would love for you to mark your calendars to join us for a special night! More information will be coming your way in the future.
