It is my
responsibility
to teach each
child to the
best of my
ability and
challenge each
child
intellectually, emotionally and spiritually so that they can
discover His
truth in their
personal and
spiritual life.
It is the
duty of the
teacher to help
every child
realize their
potential and
God’s plan for
their lives
which comes from
knowing that
God’s word is
their guideline
as they grow and
develop.
Together,
we can train the
children to be
the best that
God would have
them to be.
I also
believe that
just as we are
members of the
family of God,
we are also a
part of a family
in the
classroom.
We have
individual
strengths,
weaknesses and
differences to
bring to the
classroom.
Everyone
has something to
offer.
God made
each of us in
His image and we
should all
celebrate our
differences.
Thirdly,
I believe that
each child is
like a complex
puzzle.
Parents
and teachers are
part of the
molding process
to help each
child become the
person that God
has ordained.
As those
people, parents
and teachers
must work
collaboratively
for the good of
the child.
Neither
holds the
complete answer.
Parents
and teachers
must listen to
each other and
work together,
knowing that
they each have
the integrity of
the child at
heart.
